Who & What are the Weipa Hash House Harriers?
The
Weipa HHH is a Hash House Harrier chapter based on the west coast of
the Cape York Peninsula in Queensland, Australia. The township of
Weipa was set up by Comalco to support it's Bauxite mine in the area.

Variously
described as 'A running club with a drinking problem', 'A drinking club
with a running problem' and 'A club with no freaking problems', the
Hash House Harriers are a loosely bound group of people who meet
regularly to mix alcohol, fun, alcohol, running, alcohol, insanity and
alcohol roughly in those proportions. Rather than re-hash (pun
